Lahoucine OUHSAINE obtained his PhD from the University of Lorraine in 2018. He paid attention in Modeling and simulation of building integrated PV and Thermal solar systems subject to control and optimization frameworks. Between 2013 and 2016, he contributes to design and constructing experimental real-time setup of two green eco-cottages in the Institute of Technology in Longwy, France, and he have had granted scholarship project from the France Institute for developing combined heat power system for buildings application. He joined from 2016 to 2018 the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Strasbourg as temporary associated researcher and teacher in thermal engineering and energetics. He is actually contributing to educate high school students in architecture and construction basics in Mayotte. He is reviewer of Energy Journal and author/co-author of several peer-review journal papers as well as in International and National Conferences. His focus actually is to develop more simplified and reduced-order models for coupled energy systems for control and optimization purposes in the energy-mix context.
