Prof. Mohamed AMARA is a researcher at CNRS /France. He obtained his doctorate in 2004 at the University of Limoges on the synthesis of nano-powder Si/C/N by laser pyrolysis. After a year of postgraduate training in Australia (UNSW), he gained experience in thermal science and numerical simulation. He joined the Energy and Thermal Center of Lyon in 2008 to develop research on the impact of thermal phenomena on the electrical performance of photovoltaic components. In 2018, he joined the Institute of Nanotechnology of Lyon in order to develop a research activity around the nanophotonic/photovoltaic field, in particular, the control of thermal radiation.
