Biography

Dr. Aumeur El AMRANI : Associate Professor for photovoltaic solar cells and systems engineering at the Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Morocco since 2010. He received his PhD degree in high frequency electronics and optoelectronics in 2008 at the University of Limoges, France. He received his habilitation in 2014 at the Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Morocco. His current research areas concern organic thin films transistors, and photovoltaic solar cells and energy engineering applications. Aumeur El Amrani co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed research papers, most of which discuss different aspects of modeling, simulation and experimental approach's for organic transistors, photovoltaic solar cells and energy engineering applications. He has a strong interest in the development, of new architecture of organic thin films transistors and photovoltaic solar cells, and new modeling and simulation methods for different organic optoelectronic devices and low power energy systems. Together with his co-authors, he carried out news methods and approach's modeling for organic transistors and photovoltaic solar cells. Aumeur El Amrani is active in different working parties for thermoelectricity and photovoltaic based energy engineering applications.
